Vincent founded Talent Mobility Search in 2014 and has been a managing partner since its inception. He is based in Melbourne, Australia. Vincent has held various mobility roles in consulting and on the corporate side. After working for years as a cost-of-living surveyor and client services manager at AirInc in Brussels and Boston, Vincent moved to Australia to complete an MBA at the Melbourne Business School in Marketing and Finance. From there, he held senior roles as global head of mobility for SKM (now Jacobs) and regional head for Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong.
Vincent believes in strong clients and candidates’ relationship and spends a lot of his time coaching and mentoring the next generation of mobility professionals.
Sean joined the TMS group as a Managing Partner in 2015 and is based in Singapore. With over 20 years’ experience Sean has worked in leadership roles on both the service provider as well as client side. He started his career with a relocation company managing sales and marketing across China, based in Beijing and then the broader SE Asia and India region, from Singapore. Sean then moved in-house and for 8 years was managing the mobility programs for Microsoft in China and APAC.
Sean is also the founder of a boutique consulting firm Talent Mobility Asia and has won several accolades from the industry, including the best mobility program in Asia for two consecutive years at the FEM and a Meritorious Award from Worldwide ERC. He is often asked to speak at events and currently sits on the SE Asia Strategic Advisory Board and the Recruiting Committee at the Worldwide ERC.
Simon joined TMS in 2016 and is based in London. His career in mobility spans over 20 years. Having originally started in expatriate tax, including in a leadership role in one of the Big 4 on the flagship financial services account, Simon then moved onto his first in-house role at ABN AMRO leading the mobility and international reward function across the whole group. Simon has held similar roles in RBS and Aviva and his last corporate role was with ResMed as part of the HR Executive.
Simon is still asked to speak at industry events about mobility and the future and indeed is a member of an advisory board in the mobility arena.
Michelle joined TMS in August 2020 after 20+ years in leadership roles in Corporate and the Big 4, including tenure at Honeywell, Lucent Technologies and KPMG. Michelle was mostly recently the Head of Mobility at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
Michelle has enjoyed repeated success devising and implementing strategies, aligned with company culture and goals, in diverse settings. She has a talent for cultivating client relationships and partnerships based on professionalism and integrity.
Michelle is a member of Benivo’s Strategy Council and serves as Vice President, on the New Jersey Relocation Council, Board of Directors.
Michelle is based in Florham Park, New Jersey, USA.
Taylor joined the TMS group as a Partner in February 2022 and has nearly 20 years of experience working in the global mobility industry in senior business development and client relationship roles across the relocation, assignment management, and corporate housing space. Taylor has successfully cultivated and developed long-term client partnerships with HR and global mobility program leaders.
Based in Las Vegas, Taylor is focused on further expanding TMS’s footprint and bringing onboard new clients in the Americas region. Taylor is currently the Vice President of The Southern California Relocation Council (SCRC) and has been active with the Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM) for numerous years in different roles. Her passion is mentorship and connecting the right people together.
Kanak joined the TMS team as a Partner in May 2021. Based out of Gurgaon, India, Kanak has over 16 years of experience across Global Mobility. Having started her career with expatriate tax within the Big 4, she then moved in-house gaining extensive experience managing the mobility operations at a global investment bank.
More recently, Kanak has successfully set up the entire global mobility operations function in India encompassing process design, policy framework, process implication analysis during mergers & acquisitions. She is also experienced at analyzing business travel implications, budget and trends, analysis as well as shadow payroll analysis and setup.
Kanak is focused on setting up and further expanding TMS’ India footprint.
Virginie, who is based in Paris, France joined the TMS team in June 2022. She started her career in global mobility in 2010, specializing in global immigration.
After having worked for 7 years as the head of outbound immigration for an immigration firm, she decided to complete an MBA in International Human Resources & global mobility, for her to better understand the needs and priorities of her customers. She then created the global immigration department of another French-based company, and has also now launched her own immigration boutique company, providing French and global immigration.
Passionate about global mobility, immigration and the evolution of this industry, she’s focusing on expanding TMS’s footprint in Europe.
