This month TMS was proud to be published in the summer issue of the International HR Advisor, continuing the discussion on the future of global mobility post COVID-19. As we see a slight easing of borders and companies preparing to reactivate assignments, we are also seeing new spikes in cases and countries returning to lock down. The uncertainty continues and Global Mobility continues to be at the forefront in guiding talent and business planning discussions. We are also seeing an uptick in clients putting out RFIs and RFPs as they re-look at their vendor ecosystem to ensure they have the right resources (and are achieving the right value) to support their programs going forward. Agile service providers able to adapt to the new business environment, embrace technology and innovate will I predict be the winners coming out of this crisis.
